Sandra Lizé (born July 8, 1977 in Quebec City, Quebec) is a female water polo player from Canada. She was a member of the Canada women's national water polo team, that claimed the silver medal at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Lizé, a member of the 2000 Summer Olympics squad, was named the most valuable player at the national championships five times. She graduated from the University of Montreal’s law school in 2001 after taking a break from the sport. Her brother Yannick played on the senior men’s national water polo team.
